VIETNAM–KUNYU CONNECTION: ADVANCING SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC COOPERATION
On the afternoon of July 30, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, VDBG had the honor of joining hands with the Southern Institute for Sustainable Development & Digital Economy to welcome the High-Level Delegation from Kunyu City, Xinjiang (China) — marking a key milestone in the journey of bilateral cooperation between the two nations.
The event served not only as a diplomatic and economic bridge but also as a catalyst for real business opportunities in agriculture, food, technology, and e-commerce sectors between Vietnam and China.
✨ EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:
🔹 Senior delegates from Kunyu shared their high-quality development vision, driven by innovation, and introduced the city’s signature product – Kunyu Red Dates, a symbol of sustainable and modern agriculture in the region.
🔹 Vietnamese representatives, including VIDE, TSD Group, CADE, Lá Mùa, Ban Mê Coffee, TINI Coworking, NINA E-com, presented forward-thinking initiatives in OCOP, ESG, digital transformation, and modern trade solutions — embodying the spirit of “Vietnamese Products, Global Mindset.”
🔹 A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the Kunyu Department of Commerce and 4 key Vietnamese partners:

We believe such events do more than boost trade — they plant the seeds of mutual understanding, respect, and sustainable growth between nations.
🎁 A heartwarming closing moment – as meaningful gifts from southern Vietnamese businesses were offered to the Kunyu Delegation. Among them, the book “Saigon – Chợ Lớn” was presented to Mr. Yin Chao, Deputy Mayor of Kunyu City — a living testament to Vietnamese hospitality, goodwill, and connection.
